Important Note: Nov 19, 2014: We have released a fix for the issue causing some Visualization time logs to not update in real time. The fix involved a change to one of the Silverlight components used in the browser when you open a viewer. Users should clear their browser cache to insure they receive the newest version of the component the next time they open a viewer. If you still continue to experience issues with time logs not updating, please contact your Schlumberger representative or the InterACT Service Desk.
Important Note: Oct 17, 2014: InterACT users, please be aware that Microsoft will begin blocking out of date Silverlight versions in November. Silverlight is part of the Windows operating system and is updated using the normal update process. To insure uninterrupted function of the Visualization viewers, please make sure your system is updated with the latest patches or discuss with your IT department.
